Sample Studies in Engineering for Female Students in Grades 11 to 13

The Sample Studies in Engineering for Female Students in Grades 11 to 13 will take place in Aachen from July 24 to 28, 2023!
The IoP will also participate again this year. The two cluster scientists Aline Kluge-Wilkes from the WZL and Maria Linnartz from the FIR will spend an entire afternoon on July 25 presenting a small glimpse of the wide range of research topics at their institutes and in the Cluster of Excellence, the impressive machine halls on site, but also their concrete scientific activities - and how they came to be involved.
Because at the Sample Studies in Engineering for Female Students iverything revolves around women's power in the engineering sciences. During the week, participants can explore various engineering disciplines and thus gain a first insight into the exciting work of a female engineer. The female students attend digital lectures and guided tours and listen, for example, to presentations on all study-related topics concerning enrollment, credit points and, of course, everything worth knowing about living and studying in Aachen.
