Scientific Advisory Board
In addition to the Industrial Advisory Board (IAB), the IoP is supported by a Scientific Advisory Board (SAB).
Within the cluster, two external advisory boards - the Scientific Advisory Board (SAB) and the Industrial Advisory Board (IAB) - have been established. Based on the successful measures of the previous cluster, they continue to ensure the continuous external quality of the cluster in the IoP, both scientific and application-oriented, as well as practical and relevant to practice.
The renowned international members of the SAB board meet every two years for a two-day expert meeting in Aachen.
Due to the new phase of the cluster, the last meeting took place in 2016 and will take place in Aachen in 2020.
