Workstreams CRD-B3
The different targets in production management are ad-dressed in the following by means of the Work Stream B3.I “Long-term Production Management” and Work Stream B3.II ”Short-term Production Management”.
- WS-B3.I will mainly focus on the planning of the internal production network, the global supply chain management and the factory planning. Moreover, the aspect of future collaboration across company boundaries in platforms will be addressed
- WS-B3.II will mainly focus on the configuration of the pro-duction system, production planning and control and quality control loops
