In 2021, the Mechanical Engineering Pupils University 2021 once again took place virtually and gave a motivated group of students the opportunity to get up close and personal with the future-relevant topics of the Cluster of Excellence from July 19 to 23. The schedule included interesting lectures, workshops and virtual tours on robotics, automotive engineering, laser technology, but also insights into optics and textile technology. With various demonstrations, the participants were also able to experience practical application possibilities. The week was rounded off by advisory services, which made the mechanical engineering studies in Aachen as well as tips and tricks for student life accessible.
